The course is thematically divided into two areas. The part dealing with management and the part dealing with leadership.
In the field of management, it is important for students to get to know goals, tasks and challenges of the business management process.
In the area of leadership, the focus is on the one hand on the different leadership calm that the students have to explain. On the other hand, selected leadership topics such as praise and recognition, delegation, management techniques, etc. will be presented and by means of discussion and minor cases students should be able to apply the knowledge.
