Course content

Hygiene management: Work with systems, norms, standards for food safety (IFS, BRC, ISO 22000).
Integrated management: Requirements, methods, tools.
Methods of process and risk management, quality management techniques to direct information, implement improvement programs.
Legal case study in the company rooted on case studies during the course.
Voluntary industrial certificate "Quality Expert Food Safety" with extra preparatory course.

Learning outcomes

Participants are able to implement and sustain a company specific system of quality and food safety management (ISO 9000ff, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC) according to current regulation.
Participants are competent in implementing necessary documentation and integration with other management systems (e.g. environment and safety).
Participants are able to design and conduct internal audits.
