Principles of Financing and IT Integration

Course content
This course provides students with an introduction to capital markets, cash flow calculations and the basic principles of financial planning and valuation. Additionally, this course includes the use of statistical methods and Microsoft Excel applications.
Learning outcomes
This module aims at providing students with a basic knowledge of accounting, finance and mathematics including the preparation of financial statements and capital markets, cash flows, financial planning and valuation. The students acquire knowledge of accounting and finance. The students' comprehension of economic interdependencies will be increased with the help of practical examples and the use of statistical methods and Microsoft Excel applications. here will be an overview about General Ledger Accounting (SAP, BMD RZL).
