Course content

This course focuses on fundamental methods of planning, analyzing, optimizing and illustrating processes, as well as the integration and importance of business processes in the organisation. The methods and tools necessary for this course will be illustrated with the help of practical examples.

Learning outcomes

This module provides students with a basic overview of project and process management, project organisation, process design and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative methods as well as human resource management. After successful completion of this module students can interpret organisational processes and explain different project management tools.
It prepares students for the international project classes in M13 and M26.
