Course content

Basics of consumer research and psychology; ecosystem of consumer behaviour and consumer decisions.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of consumer research;
Understanding and evaluation of the environmental determinants of consumer behaviour;
General knowledge in the area of psychology to be able to explain consumer behaviour.
