I maintain personal contacts with the world&rsquo;s most important customers. In addition, I am responsible for the marketing of the two brands XAL and Wever &amp; Ducre.  The team for online and offline marketing activities has 14 employees. In addition, I am a member of the Board of Directors, which is responsible for the economic performance of XAL and controls the enterprise group.<br>\nThe leadership of a motivated field and office team is a central element of success.<\/p>\n<h4>Why I love my job<\/h4>\n<p>Because my job is very varied, and I face new challenges each day. I could help give the brand a young image, to develop new products and to build up a new global sales structure.
