Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung „International Market Entry Strategy“ hatten die Studierenden des 3. Semesters die Möglichkeit, in Zusammenarbeit mit der USound GmbH<\/strong> praxisnahe Markteintrittsstrategien zu entwickeln. Das Grazer Unternehmen, ein führender Innovator im Bereich MEMS-Lautsprechertechnologie, stellte den Studierenden eine herausfordernde Aufgabe: In vier Teams erarbeiteten sie strategische Markteintrittspläne, individuell zugeschnitten auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n

This project course is exactly what our bachelor degree in International Management stands for: hands-on, applied and in direct cooperation with exciting companies. The students were extremely committed to bringing innovative ideas and strategies. The skills and theoretical knowledge from the first two semesters could be directly applied in this project: international market entry, sales, finance, international law, project management, presentation skills, and many more. The course was a truly valuable experience. We had the chance to work with a real company specializing in MEMS speaker technology and apply what we learned in class to an actual business case. My group focused on the APAC region, while others worked on markets like Canada, giving us a broader understanding of global strategies. It was also a great opportunity to improve our presentation skills and learn new tips along the way.
