Course content

Based on a specificed food, students will investigate the production, processing, sales and use of the food for a project. The project report must conform to the required form and content standards of an original scientific paper.

Learning outcomes

Students acquire grounding in project management (planning, controlling, project team, visualisation of project plan) and the accessing and usage of scientific literature. Moreover, students learn about the structure and formal content of scientific papers.
