Course content

Introduction to food laws relevant for issues touched in the 1st semester project:
- Introduction to food safety and the food chain
- Labeling regulation
- Public and private quality labels
- Packaging requirements

Learning outcomes

Students learn about the production, processing and marketing of agrarian products. They should develop a personal connection to foods by presenting them in front of a group (production, marketing and, above all, taste)
