Beides kann ich im meinem Job verkn&uuml;pfen.<\/li>\n<li>Wundersch&ouml;ne Ger&auml;te f&uuml;r die Nachwelt zu erhalten und damit anderen Menschen eine Freude bereiten, spornt mich an.<\/li>\n<li>Die pers&ouml;nliche Freiheit des Unternehmers und der Kontakt zum Kunden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Was ich an meinem Job nicht so mag<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Als Selbstst&auml;ndiger k&ouml;nnte man 24 Stunden am Tag arbeiten. Sich selbst Grenzen zu setzen und auf seine Gesundheit zu achten, ist nicht immer leicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Wichtige F&auml;higkeiten in meinem Job<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Leidenschaft und damit einhergehende technische Skills<\/li>\n<li>Konsequenz und Durchhalteverm&ouml;gen<\/li>\n<li>Kommunikationsfreudigkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mein bisher gr&ouml;&szlig;ter Erfolg \/ mein tollstes Erlebnis<\/h4>\n<p>Aufgaben anzugehen, von denen ich am Anfang nicht wusste, ob ich sie &uuml;berhaupt umsetzen kann, wie beispielsweise die extrem aufwendige Restaurierung eines Tonm&ouml;bels aus den 50er Jahren, sind eine sehr gro&szlig;e Herausforderung. Wenn ich am Ende des Prozesses vor einem Ger&auml;t stehe, wei&szlig; ich: Das gibt es so nur einmal auf der Welt und es gibt keine andere Firma, die diese M&ouml;bel in &auml;hnlicher Qualit&auml;t entwickelt. Das ist ein tolles Gef&uuml;hl.<\/p>\n<h4>Wie ich diesen Job bekommen habe<\/h4>\n<p>Ich wollte nicht mehr den ganzen Tag vor dem Computer sitzen und habe mir damals auch aus gesundheitlichen Gr&uuml;nden eine Auszeit nehmen m&uuml;ssen. In der Zeit habe ich einfach das gemacht, was mir Freude bereitet hat und daraus ist Supersonic entstanden.<\/p>\n<h4>Was ich im Studium f&uuml;r den Job gelernt habe<\/h4>\n<p>Vor allem technische Skills. Mein FH-Diplomstudium ist die Basis daf&uuml;r, dass man im Bereich komplexer Elektronik &uuml;berhaupt etwas Sinnvolles tun kann. Ein Studium ist hier auf jedem Fall erforderlich.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Jobchancen in meinem Bereich<\/h4>\n<p>Hier spielt zum einen sicher die pers&ouml;nliche Begeisterung f&uuml;r eine Sache mit. Das alleine reicht jedoch nicht, um ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen zu gr&uuml;nden. Da spielt auch Gl&uuml;ck, also zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort zu sein und das Richtige zu tun, eine Rolle.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div\n  <h4>Ich bin<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>begeisterungsf&auml;hig<\/li>\n<li>kreativ<\/li>\n<li>konsequent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ich &uuml;ber meinen Job<\/h4>\n<p>Ich werde Supersonic in den n&auml;chsten Jahren weiterentwickeln, neue Produkte auf den Markt bringen und letztendlich ist es mein Ziel, dass Supersonic f&uuml;r historische R&ouml;hrenradioger&auml;te im deutschsprachigen Raum die Adresse schlechthin wird. Da sind wir auf einem guten Weg. Ich versuche die Balance zwischen Ambition und Vergn&uuml;gen zu finden, sodass die Freude am Job erhalten bleibt. <\/p>\n<p>Wien ist die optimale Stadt f&uuml;r mein Unternehmen. Es gibt hier eine gro&szlig;e Vintage- und Handwerkcommunity. Zus&auml;tzlich hat man in Wien einen guten Zugang zu Print- und TV-Medien und man kann sich gut vernetzen. Es gibt auch zahlreiche Spezialistinnen beziehungsweise Spezialisten und Perfektionistinnen beziehungsweise und Perfektionisten, die Zulieferer f&uuml;r meine Produkte sind. Man kann nicht alles selbst machen. Hier gibt es wirklich einen Pool an unglaublich f&auml;higen Leuten, mit denen man sich austauschen kann.<\/p>\n<h4>Mein Tipp f&uuml;r unsere Studierenden:<\/h4>\n<p>Jeder sollte in sich gehen und &uuml;berlegen, was einem wirklich Freude bereitet, und mit etwas Geduld sein Leben dann dahin entwickeln.
