Course content

Implementation of the substance in the theory
learned in the context of an activity in co-op partner companies, which is determined jointly with the practice manager.

Learning outcomes

Students know the industrially used machine tools and flexible manufacturing facilities. The related information technologies are as familiar to them as the design principles of machines and equipment. The students can:

Machine tool types to analyze and evaluate
• Basic calculations in mechanics and
Drives of machine tools to perform
• methods for selection and acceptance of
Manufacturing facilities to specify
• criteria for static and dynamic positioning

• perform basic work with programming systems
