Learning outcomes

During the work term, the students deal with business and technical processes of production companies and are directly involved in the value adding processes at the cooperative education companies. The students are already integrated in operational project teams and can further expand their technical and organizational skills. In particular, they have the task / opportunity to work on internal company problems and to document the gained insights on the basis of modular competence field reports (in each case 3 out of 6 technical and 6 organizational competence fields). Furthermore, they deepen the work with personal learning objectives and the evaluation thereof in order to further improve the responsibility for learning through experiential learning by alternating between practical and theoretical phases.
