Course content

Introduction to the topic of business processes; development of organization theory in the 20th century, definition of business processes; process analysis, inventory-and as-is-analysis; organization of labor - Taylor's structure of labor; optimization of business processes, Business Process Reengineering; modelling, controlling and benchmarking of business processes. Basics and principles of quality management (ISO 9001:2015)

Learning outcomes

Introduction to and consolidation of business administration skills; students know the various functional areas of business administration and are able to draw connections between the respective fields and apply them in practice.
