With our Master’s degree programme, you will expand your skills portfolio to professionalise yourself in the field of social work. It offers you the opportunity to expand your management skills, deepen your academic skills, focus on selected fields of action and expand your career opportunities. A new curriculum will be launched in the 2025\/26 academic year, allowing you to tailor your degree programme to your preferences. The specialisation \u2018Social Work and Social Transformation\u2019 focuses on direct work with clients and their diverse problems. The \u2018Social Management and Social Transformation\u2019 specialisation qualifies you for management positions. At our institute, theory, practice and research are closely linked and brought together in a structured way in the \u2018centrepiece\u2019 of the programme, your personal research project – your Master’s thesis.<\/h2>\n
