Erich Cibulka

Mag. Erich Cibulka works at the intersection of business, politics, and the military. Since 2007, he has been a business consultant, speaker, and lecturer at several universities and universities of applied sciences. Prior to that, he served for many years as HR Director of major companies and was a member of various supervisory and advisory boards. He also held a senior position at the Austrian Economic Chamber, was a long-time lead negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations, and serves as a lay judge specializing in labor and social law at the Vienna Labor and Social Court.

At the same time, he holds the rank of Brigadier, serves as an advisor to the Chief of General Staff, and is a leadership trainer for commanders of the Austrian Armed Forces. As President of the Austrian Officers’ Association and Chairman of the Association of Defense Policy Organizations of Austria, he is directly involved in Austria’s security and defense policy.
