Gudrun Schögl



Gudrun Schögl has worked in the office of the PR and Marketing Department since 2015.

She is responsible for administration and office organisation. Her tasks include supporting her colleagues in all areas including ordering office materials, database management, school prom advertisements, coordinating print orders and supervising service partners of the PR Department, including shipping companies, manufacturers of advertising materials and the like.

She is also responsible for ordering in SAP, inventory management as well as ordering and issuing advertising materials to degree programmes and supporting event management at graduations.
