Management consultant, trainer and coach with the motto "Effective tools for organisational dynamics in the technology sector" since 2012, before that 6 years employee at Böhler Schmiedetechnik - voestalpine AG and 5 years as university assistant at the University of Leoben. 16 years of experience in over 50 projects (product development projects automotive and aviation, organizational development projects, research projects, EU projects, CIP projects, innovation projects) as well as in business development, strategic management, innovation management, CIP and in the management of the Project Management Office. University lecturer and associate lecturer at FH since 2011.
