From Cabin Retrofits to Leadership: Lessons from the Aviation Aftermarket

On January 28th the Institute of Aviation at FH JOANNEUM Graz is hosting an evening lecture.

This talk explores the hidden career opportunities within the aviation aftermarket—lesser-known roles that can lead to dynamic and rewarding career paths. From managing complex retrofit projects to navigating the unique challenges of the industry, the session highlights practical insights and real-world lessons about this often-overlooked sector.

With relatable stories and practical takeaways, the aim is to inspire students to think beyond the obvious, embrace curiosity, and consider the untapped potential the aviation aftermarket holds.
