The Facility Management (FMA) division is centrally responsible for all tasks related to resource efficient building management at the FH JOANNEUM campuses in Graz, Kapfenberg and Bad Gleichenberg.
The focus of activities is on building management as well as services related to safety, health and environmental management.
Staff and students can report problems or make queries via FMA-Serviceline@fh-joanneum.at. These are managed using a central ticket system and assigned to the relevant member of staff.
FMA issues all students with a student ID card, which gives them access to the buildings and classrooms and enables them to use the FH JOANNEUM copiers.
