PhD-graduation from the Department for Education Science and graduation from the Department for Translation Science (English, Hungarian, German) – both Karl-Franzens-University in Graz, Austria.
Speaker at miscellaneous conferences on the topics: diversity, inclusion, teaching and learning strategies, as well as gender and gender mainstreaming in IT.
Since 1998 at the FH JOANNEUM. FH-Professor (ESL, study skills) responsible for the public relations of the degree programme Business Informatics and the FH JOANNEUM Partner & Career Day of the university’s IT- and Business Programmes. Tutor for projects, internships, and degree dissertations as well as freelance interpreter and translator (specialisation areas include IT, tourism, theology).
From August until December 2007: Visiting professorship at the School of Education at the New York City College in the US.
From July 2012 until December 2018: Teaching staff representative of the FH JOANNEUM university council.
Current research interests include inclusive education, multiple intelligences, and gender in technology.
