Me in three emojis:
🤝 Collaboration and responsible leadership
🧑🤝🧑 Team building and people empowerment
👐 Social responsibility and community impact
I spent my semester abroad in: Argentina
Here is where I spent my time after the lectures: At cafés with friends, out in nature, or at the gym.
The best food on campus: A bowl from Bitki.
My favorite spot on campus: The courtyard on sunny days.
If my studies were a superpower, it would be: Recognising potential & empathy — because your studies help you identify strengths and support personal development.
What you definitely learn in my study programme: You learn how to organise yourself and balance your studies, work, and personal life. Furthermore, you gain a deeper understanding of how organisations work with people — including recruitment, development, labour law basics, and organisational culture. Most importantly, you will improve your intercultural competencies.
The best course was: Global Leadership & Change Management
Be open to different perspectives, and don’t underestimate the value of learning from people around you. Your studies will challenge you, but they will also help you grow.
I started my career path with an internship during my Bachelor’s degree, which opened the door to my current position. During my studies, I developed structured and analytical thinking skills that now help me identify learning needs and design new training programs.
My role requires strong communication and organizational abilities, as I work closely with different stakeholders and coordinate learning initiatives. One of the most rewarding moments in my career is seeing apprentices who struggled with learning difficulties successfully pass their final exams.
Looking ahead, I aim to continue expanding my knowledge and developing professionally. Completing my Master’s degree has significantly broadened my career opportunities and supported my growth. I managed to balance work and studies through structured planning and clear prioritization, skills that continue to guide my professional life today.
