Inclusive Business Launchpad 2

Inclusive Business Launch Pad - An Accelerator Programme for Disadvantaged Entrepreneurs in Microbusinesses is an Erasmus+ K2 project that runs from October 2020 to June 2023. The IBL project aims to develop interventions that can aid EU citizens from the target group in microbusinesses.

Project goals:

The IBL project aims to develop measures that can help entrepreneurs from the target group. This will give them access to training and group support that will further develop and enhance their capacity to innovate and grow business ideas and export opportunities in the EU and beyond. The project will develop a new training programme specifically tailored to the needs of the target group, delivered alongside learning groups that will support participants to put what they have learned into action and take positive steps towards business growth. This will be supported by the provision of an online Business Launch Pad. This platform will provide access to a range of resources. It will also be accessible to a wider group of user:s to access project resources in countries outside the partnership and in the long term.

Objectives:
  • To develop an innovative training programme for disadvantaged entrepreneurs who run micro-enterprises across Europe and face particular challenges in developing and running their business.
  • To provide access to training and group support that will enhance and improve their ability to innovate and expand business ideas and export opportunities beyond the EU.
  • To develop a new training programme specifically tailored to the needs of the target group, delivered in conjunction with action learning groups that will support participants to put what they have learned into action and take positive steps towards business growth.
Target groups:
  • Entrepreneurs and managers of micro-enterprises who are disadvantaged.
  • Supporting business organisations
