All about Yoghurt is an exhibition which demonstrates the development of Bulgarian yoghurt from an everyday food to a food of national importance, and finally to an international symbol of health and well‒being. This exhibi-
tion invites you to take a look at the new Japanese superfood, and explains how the bacteria of Bulgarian yoghurt differ from other strains of lactic acid bacteria.
The key message of the traveling exhibition is that Bulgarian yoghurt with its Lactobacillus bulgaricus is proven to facilitate health, well‒being and longevity, and this topic is presented in an interdisciplinary and multi‒perspective way.
