SLOOM / Sleep analysis system

Project Work in cooperation with Weitzer Woodsolutions

SLOOM / Schlafanalysesystem

Sleep problems reduce the quality of life and increase the risk of chronic diseases in the long run. The SLOOM sleep analysis system consists of a machine-sewn wooden bedspread with adaptive movement, breathing, and environmental sensors. An app that analyzes and visualizes collected data provides recommendations for improving sleep quality. This project aims to address sleep disorders and their resulting consequences with the help of targeted documentation of our sleep patterns. With its material properties, wood also has a positive effect on our quality of sleep.
