VW SCOUT / Reconnaissance Vehicle
Vehicle for disaster operations like Fokushima/Japan
The Scout is a reconnaissance vehicle for international disaster relief missions. The combination of an all-terrain vehicle and an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) enables fast exploration of a disaster area in order to assess the current situation. A self-sufficient water and energy supply make it possible for the Scout’s crew to work independently in any situation.
