Password Management Service

 

You can use this service to reset your FH password by yourself in case you forgot it or if you mistyped it more than five times.

Before you can use this service to reset your FH password you have to enroll. To do this you need:

  • your FH-username
  • your current FH-password
  • a private or alternative email address (you need access to this mailbox during enroll process)
  • a private or alternative mobile phone (you need access to this phone during enroll process)

You can change your registration data by yourself at every time.

Tip:

Users who have not registered for the service in good time and have forgotten their password must present their photo ID at the ZIT Service Desk in Graz, Kapfenberg or Bad Gleichenberg to have their password reset.

You can also use this service to change your password if you still know it. In this case you don't have to enroll.
