The course is organised in a part-time format, making it ideal for people who want to expand their green leadership skills while further pursuing their careers.
Study mode, self-study and attendance
The course is provided in an online setting with various formats of instruction ranging from online lectures, to self-study assignments on e-learning platforms and group projects. Every semester includes two mandatory weeks in presence on campus (one week in Kapfenberg and one week in Graz) to foster the networking within your student community.
The study mode with a high degree of asynchronous and online learning provides professionals, but also international students with a lot of flexibility and autonomy. Students only have to ensure that they can participate in the mandatory on-campus weeks (twice every semester). For students from outside of the EU, participation is possible with a visa D.

- Attendance week in Kapfenberg: week 41 (2025)
- Attendance week in Graz: week 4 (2026)
- Attendance week in the summer semester in Kapfenberg: week 11
- Attendance week in the summer semester in Graz: week 24
