What I did
My core job was to introduce operating procedures and standards in the field of occupational safety in the production facility. Another role was to independently implement and lead training sessions for employees. I also spent part of my internship in other departments to get to know the company better.
Why I enjoyed my internship
The good relationship with my colleagues was a highlight: the atmosphere in the office and during my work was always fantastic.

My biggest success / my greatest experience
It was particularly exciting to train my colleagues in the new standards. And collaborating on the various technical tasks was very interesting.
How I secured the internship
I had already completed an internship at Mars before my course and I stayed in touch with them.
What I want to do in the future
I’d like to work at a manufacturing company. I would also like to travel or complete projects abroad as part of my work. Since my internship was very interesting and I find the company philosophy so exciting, I could also imagine gaining a foothold in this company.
