The Spring School was organised within the EU4Dual alliance, while at the same time being open to a wide range of FH JOANNEUM partner universities, reflecting its strong international and inclusive character. Participants formed diverse, multicultural teams and worked intensively on development of their innovative sustainable business ideas.
The month long virtual and physical cooperation resulted with 16 green business models, presented to an international jury. The ideas were very diverse covering green energy, communities for reusage and resource sharing, zero packaging concepts, to natural and sustainable colours.
The EU4Dual spring school was primarily supported through the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) and the Intrabuild (Erasmus+ KA2) project. To extend it beyond its geographical scope, the mobilities were enabled through complementary mobility schemes, including Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, CEEPUS, the Pannónia Mobility Programme, as well as mobility funds provided by the students’ home universities. This flexible funding approach made it possible to ensure broad international participation and underlined FH JOANNEUM’s commitment to accessible, high quality international learning experiences.
