About my job
After completing my studies, I founded my own company and have been leading equidamus as CEO in Graz ever since. My time at university taught me how to develop a strong entrepreneurial mindset, which I apply every day to tackle challenges and create innovative solutions. Success in my role relies on a combination of flexibility, problem-solving skills, and empathy, allowing me to navigate complex situations and turn ideas into real impact.
