“What excites me most is the international aspect of our program,” says Alena about Global Strategic Management. With students from over ten different nationalities, she experiences daily intercultural exchanges that are both fascinating and essential for a career in international management.
Another key factor for Alena is the focus on Human Resources, which has been her main motivation for choosing this program. “The program strikes a great balance between a broad business foundation and the opportunity to specialize starting in the second semester. This flexibility was a big plus for me!”
Combining Work and Study
The master’s program is designed to accommodate working professionals, making it an ideal choice for Alena, who balances her studies with her career as an HR Manager. “Classes start on Wednesday afternoons and run through Friday, leaving Monday to Wednesday open for work. It’s challenging but manageable if you’re well-organized,” she explains.
