The First Academic Standards Day in Graz with the participation of the FHJ project RADIUS
On June 16, 2026, the first Austrian Academic Standards Day took place at Karl-Franzens-University Graz. As part of the EU-funded EDU4Standards project, researchers, students, and professionals came together to explore the role of standardisation in higher education. Sabine Proßnegg presented findings from the RADIUS project, showing how technical norms can bridge the gap between complex legal frameworks like the AI Act and GDPR and their real-world implementation.
