IT Helpdesk: Having technical problems? The Helpdesk is available from Monday to Saturday by email at helpdesk@fh-joanneum.at.
Study Center: Here you will find information on student ID cards, printing credit, discounts and public transport tickets.
Library: Whether you want to study, do research or simply find a quiet place for a while, the Library is the right place to go

International Office: If you are interested in going abroad during your studies, you will find information and advice on semesters abroad and other international experiences here.
öh joanneum: Your students’ union is there to support you with legal questions and other matters related to your studies. Membership is already included in the ÖH fee.

Moodle & Microsoft Teams: Here you will find course materials, assignments and everything you need for collaboration during your studies.
Wi-Fi: At all FH JOANNEUM locations, you can log in to eduroam, FHJOANNEUM2WORK or FHJOANNEUM4FREE using your access credentials.
