A small footprint kitchen

 
Gaggenau Kitchen / Lagerungssystem

The idea was to create a new interpretation of a root cellar, with a natural cooling system using the evaporation of water. The storage system focuses mainly on local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, with that we can convey the value of fresh products and decimate food waste.
