Hukke+Pakk / container platform
A container platform for the car-free inner city
Hukke+Pakk is a container platform that rethinks last mile problems and logistics for carfree city centres. The inter-modal supply chain, in which several means of transport share a load carrier, not only makes the supply chain more efficient and cost-effective than shipping by delivery truck, but also saves around twothirds of the CO2 demand. Cities and residents can design modules for the system themselves. Local businesses can simply rent into the system and offer goods or services (with the prices and convenience from online trade). All in all, the distances travelled by residents in a city are shortened and new meeting zones are created.
