The project aims at developing the entrepreneurship skills and competencies of unemployed young people.

The project aims at developing the entrepreneurship skills and competencies of unemployed young people who have an interest in creating their own social business and like IT.

Initiative to foster Social Entrepreneurship Experience for Youth to the changing needs of dynamic economies

More than 100 young persons from Austria, Italy, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and UK will have access to entrepreneurship trainings and learn how to manage a real business through an innovative business simulation game. At the same time, the young people will work in international teams that will allow them to establish their first business network. Moreover, they will have access to business angels, and other important stakeholders that will show them how to start a successful business.

I SEE YOU – objectives
  • To promote entrepreneurship education among unemployed youth, especially in countries with a high youth unemployment rate, which will lead to new business creation and employability and ultimately assist them in building a future for themselves
  • To create a transnational European identity among participating young people to embrace active citizenship and provide a new perspective
  • To facilitate innovative learning practices in entrepreneurship education by developing and implementing trainings, online business games and other approaches to increase the labour market relevance of young people
