In the digital era, which is dominated by moving pictures, the relevance of flexible dynamic design systems, with a prospective focus on the field of corporate motion - away from classic commercials - increases.
With the increasing trend of time-based media, motion design is becoming more relevant as an essential element of corporate identity—and hence in the fields of brand communication, respectively design. This bachelor’s thesis discusses the relevance of the discipline of motion design within the scope of visual brand design. It deals with the communication of brand values by means of motion design, as well as with the integration of corporate motion into a holistic visual system. Based on the aspects discussed in the theoretical part, the visual identity for issyrey studio, which integrates motion as an essential element, was created as a workpiece.
