As the Head of Higher Education Didactics and AI at FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Birgit Phillips is at the helm of modernizing educational programs through AI and digital learning strategies. Previously, Birgit Phillips has contributed significantly as a Professor of Education and in various leadership roles, focusing on strategic learning development and the application of new technologies in education. She has a keen interest in New Work and New Learning within organizational development, areas that are increasingly relevant in today's dynamic work environments.

She is recognized for a pragmatic approach to education and development, often invited as a panelist and keynote speaker at conferences, reflecting a broad recognition of expertise in the field.
