Profile

As a Learning Designer, Claudia Glößl develops innovative teaching and learning formats and supports instructors in creating multimedia concepts with a particular focus on asynchronous learning. Her work includes designing storyboards for e-learning courses and implementing them technically using the authoring tool Articulate Rise.

Previously, she worked as a Project Manager in Digital Learning Design, where she was responsible for individual client projects in the e-learning sector. Her responsibilities included client communication, storyboard design, and supervising the technical implementation through to final delivery.

Another focus of her work was the development of blended learning concepts within the framework of international projects, as well as the on-site training of trainers in these concepts.

She also gained valuable experience in adult education through her work as a project manager, trainer, and consultant for AMS-funded educational programs.

Her career in education began in 1998 as a driving instructor, with a focus on the pedagogical training of prospective driving instructors. Alongside her work in adult education, she completed a master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education as well as training in mediation, following her bachelor’s degree in education.

Today, she shares her many years of experience as a freelance trainer in the fields of pedagogy, methodology, and didactics.
