Florian Scherounigg

Florian Scherounigg has been working in the financial industry for approximately 18 years. His fascination with the stock markets and their products has remained strong to this day. At the age of 22, he was one of the youngest market makers at the Vienna Stock Exchange. He then held various positions in equities, options, fixed income, and FX trading. In the meantime, he was responsible for implementing scoring models in credit rating within the Styrian Raiffeisen sector. He is a former student of the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in Banking and Insurance Management at FH Joanneum. Since 2019, he has been the Head of Treasury at Steiermärkische Sparkasse, where he is responsible for short-term liquidity management, treasury sales, and financial institutions.
