Lydia Tropper

Lydia Tropper has served as Business Outreach Manager in the Research Organization and Services department at FH JOANNEUM since September 2025. She is responsible for advancing and coordinating university partnerships with industry and corporate stakeholders in the field of dual education for the international university alliance EU4Dual.

As an international science, project, and liaison manager, Lydia Tropper has extensive experience in establishing cooperative projects and networks across various sectors, implementing alliances with diverse stakeholders. Her professional background includes roles in academia (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, MedUni Graz), the cement industry, and the private foundation sector.

Lydia Tropper holds a BA in International Business and Management from FH Kufstein Tirol and a Master of European Studies from the University of Vienna.
