Dr. Roman Heidinger, M.A., works as an attorney at the law firm CERHA HEMPEL in Vienna. He regularly advises national and international clients in the areas of civil law, intellectual property law, unfair competition law, and IT law.
Dr. Heidinger is also a frequent author and speaker in these fields. He is a member of the (academic) advisory board for the legal journals “Medien und Recht” and “Zeitschrift für Informationsrecht.”
In addition, he is a lecturer at Georg-August University in Göttingen (Germany).
Dr. Heidinger is the vice-chairman of the Infolaw Research Association.
