Rupert Beinhauer

Rupert Beinhauer is a psychologist born in Graz, Austria, who holds a PhD from Karl Franzens University in Graz. He currently works at the Department of International Management at FH JOANNEUM and teaches Intercultural Management as well as Statistics and Methodology at Bachelor and Master level. In addition to his teaching, he develops workshops and seminars for academia and adult education. Beinhauer has more than twenty years of experience in international education projects and has extensive experience in project management. He is a member of several international projects and contributes scientific input to multinational research teams.
His areas of interest are intercultural communication, project management, test and questionnaire construction and validation, statistics and methodology, and workshop, seminar and curriculum development. He is currently working mainly on issues of intercultural teaching and quality in higher education.
