Sabine Kerschbaumer

Sabine Kerschbaumer graduated from the University of Graz with a degree in Psychology and has been working at FH JOANNEUM since 2001.
During her many years of service, she held various positions of responsibility in several central departments of the university:
2001–September 2014: Employee in the Continuing Education and Student Administration department. Her responsibilities included coordinating the admissions process, serving as a BIS coordinator and account supervisor, and serving as the interface to the Psychological Student Counseling Center.
October 2014–February 2021: Employee in the Quality Development and Management department. Within this department, she was primarily responsible for the conception, coordination, and implementation of needs and acceptance analyses. These included acceptance, graduate, labor market, employer, and coherence analyses, as well as student surveys. In this role, she continued to be the contact person for the Psychological Student Counseling Service.
March 2021–June 2025: Employee in the "Organizational Development, Quality Management, and Corporate Health Management" department. Her work continued to focus on coordinating and conducting needs and acceptance analyses.
Since July 2025: Employee in the newly established "Portfolio Management and Quality Assurance of Study Programs" department. Here, too, she is responsible for coordinating and conducting needs and acceptance analyses.
