Stefan Raß

DI Stefan Raß, BSc has been an external lecturer at FH JOANNEUM since 2022. He teaches the course “Fundamentals of Management and Organisation” in the Bachelor’s degree programme in Business Informatics.
He completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Information Management at FH JOANNEUM with distinction. During a research stay at the University of Toronto, he focused on the modelling and technical implementation of business processes. This work resulted in several academic publications on business process management, structured communication models and multi-agent systems.
His professional career combines software development, IT architecture, project management, organisational development and leadership. After working as an IT manager, company founder, software project manager and team leader, he joined Neuroth International AG in 2020. Since January 2025, he has been responsible for software development, automation and artificial intelligence in his role as Lead Build.
In parallel, Stefan Raß is an entrepreneur with NEWAYS.ai. His work focuses on the development and implementation of agentic AI systems that take on clearly defined tasks within business processes while being embedded in accountable organisational and technical structures.
In his teaching, he combines the fundamentals of business administration and organisational theory with practical experience in corporate management, software development, digital transformation and the real-world application of artificial intelligence.
