The Helpdesk at FH JOANNEUM supports students, lecturers and staff members by telephone, e-mail, on site and via our ticketing system at the following times:
During the Summer and Easter holidays the Helpdesk is in limited operation:
During support hours, the helpdesk staff can personally

There is no support for part-time degree programmes during non-teaching periods.
