You will be given an overview of our services, such as book procurement, publication services, teaching support and our research tools.

We also provide support with reference management using Zotero. We will show you how to install Zotero and which basic settings you can configure (Zotero installation & configuration) and how you can then collect and manage references in Zotero and insert them into your academic work (Literature management with Zotero). Artificial intelligence can also help with literature reviews. We present some free AI tools and highlight the specific features they offer – whilst always taking a critical look at the limits of artificial intelligence.
