What I do

In the Center of Excellence I am the contact person for Global Mobility and business travels on a global level. My job is to set the framework and standards for all types of cross-border activities of our more than 30,000 employees worldwide, define processes and share best practices with all human resources managers worldwide. In addition to coordinating external service providers, such as tax consultants and insurance companies, my activities also include the design and further development of our Travel and Global Mobility policies.

The best experiences in my job

My greatest success so far has been the organization and implementation of a training initiative about the Schengen zone and European entry, work and residence regulations for our frequent travelers and their managers in Mexico.

How I found my current job

The great advantage of a corporate group is that it is possible to seek and above all find new challenges and opportunities for further development within the company. After two years as a people development and training specialist, I changed to the Global Mobility area.
