For me, human resource management is one of the most exciting and diverse areas of activity, as it combines the needs and abilities of the employee with the goals of the company and tries to harmonize them.

International Management graduate of 2005, worked in family-owned companies my whole career, in Asia since 2006, CFO of high-end furniture design and sourcing company VAN THIEL & CO. since 2012, equity partner since 2018.

After graduating from FH JOANNEUM, I started my career as media manager which took me from Kleine Zeitung in Graz, via a marketing agency in NYC into the startup world and now to WeWork in London.

I have spent many years living in Beijing and Hong Kong while working around the world optimizing corporate business processes. Countless experiences later I decided to move back to beautiful Austria and work as productivity enhancer.

Born and raised in Austria, studied in Graz and tipped relatively quickly into an international professional environment in IT. Since then professed technologist with a penchant for business administration (or vice versa, as needed).

As Director International Sales, I am responsible for the expansion of the XAL Group abroad. In addition to our sales subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, India, and the Middle East, I also manage the Marketing department.
