Audi Pavillion / Charging architecture

Project Work in cooperation with AUDI

In their project work, Felix Grassberger and Malte Schütt design the Audi Pavilion, a public building that serves as a charging station for e-micromobility and is also a social meeting place.

How can a brand like Audi be present in the city of the future? The Audi Pavilion is a public space that can be used as a charging station for e-micro-mobility by lots of people in the city and also functions as a social meeting point. It uses empty car parks to rethink inner-city public spaces in post-car cities. Turnable tiles made of a sustainable clay material form an architecture that allows for either transparency or privacy through interaction.
